Our Owl program is a gentle, child-centred introduction to Forest School for our youngest explorers. With a cosy rhythm to the day and plenty of time for curious exploration, Owls delight in the simple joys of being outdoors—splashing in puddles, collecting leaves and acorns, peeking under logs, and sharing stories in the shade of the trees.
We keep hikes short, transitions smooth, and the pace unhurried, allowing children to feel safe, supported, and confident as they build their connection to the land and the group.
With nurturing guidance and lots of encouragement, Owls begin to discover the rhythms of Forest School, learn how to care each other and the land, and develop the roots of independence through play, stories and exploration.
This is where the Wild Child journey begins—with joy, curiosity, and muddy hands.
